Creating/giving a gift certificate:
|
| 1. Click on one of the buttons below to select the amount of your gift and add it to the shopping cart. |

| 2. Continue shopping and add other items to the cart as desired. |

| 3. Follow the checkout procedure and make payment. |
| |
| 4. Printout your receipt. It will contain the "Gift code" for each gift certificate purchased. |

5. Give the "Gift code" exactly as shown to the each recipient of your gifts along with instructions on how to redeem the certificate. For your convenience, click the button below and we will email the recipient of your gift with the necessary instructions. All you will need to do is fill in the "Gift code" of the certificate and the email address of the recipient. We strongly urge that you follow up and verify that the email was received.

| 6. Please be aware that the following policies/restrictions apply to gift certificates: |
- Lost ID numbers can be recovered if we receive (for security purposes) an email request from the email account listed on the original invoice. Please specify the original order number.
- Unused gift certificates expire after 6 months...sorry, no refunds.
- Redemption of the gift certificate can only be done on our site (www.beeswaxco.com)
- If the recipient of the gift certificate does not use the full amount, the remaining balance of the certificate (under the same "Gift code") remains available for redemption at a later time... original 6 month expiration still applies.
- The gift certificate is just like cash: applies to merchandise, shipping and taxes.
- No refunds on gift certificates.

Redeeming a gift certificate:

| 1. Go to The Beeswax Company website (www.beeswaxco.com). |

| 2. Add items to the cart. |
| |
| 3. When viewing the cart, enter the gift certificate code in the box just above the "Redeem Gift Certif" button. Enter the Gift Certificate "Gift code" exactly as the giver of the gift provided it to you. |

| 4. Click on the "Redeem Gift Certif" button and your purchase will be credited with the proper amount. |

| 5. Follow the checkout procedure and pay for any product amount in excess of the current value of the gift certificate. The gift certificate applies to merchandise, shipping, and any applicable taxes. If the full amount of the certificate is not used, the remaining balance of the certificate (under the same "Gift code") remains available for redemption at a later time... original 6 month expiration still applies. |

| 6. As the recipient of the gift certificate, you should be aware that the certificate expires 6 months after the date of purchase. |
