When you place an order by phone/fax or email/mail, please supply the following information:

- Quantity
- Shipping Method
- Address, including City, State, and ZIP code
- Your telephone number
- Payment info — for non credit card orders, we’ll need a check or money order
If you have special requests or have specific deadlines, please list your needs under “special instructions” and we will do our best to accommodate you. Note that international customers may be charged an import duty when merchandise crosses your border.
