Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
An order is generally shipped within 2-4 business days after its receipt. Please note, all our products are custom made, hand poured candles made especially for each order.

*International customers, you may be charged an import duty when merchandise crosses your border.
When you go through the checkout procedure, our site connects to your selected delivery site to compute shipping charges from Austin, Texas to the specified shipping destination based upon the cumulative weight of all your products. The Beeswax Co. never charges a handling fee.
We want you to be 100% satisfied.
- If you receive a damaged product, or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 90 days of receipt and we will gladly take care of it.
- While beeswax never expires, the burning qualities of a beeswax candle can change over time. For best results, use candles within one year. And don’t forget to light the candles and initially test them out within the 90-day return window.
Free Shipping
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 shipped within the contiguous United States via our choice of UPS Ground or USPS.
- Our regular rates apply for orders shipped to APO addresses, Express shipping, orders shipped by other carriers, orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States.
- Separate orders cannot be combined to receive free shipping.
This offer is good for all retail orders.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. Please note the following points when considering a return:
• Please call us first to get approval for the return.
• We will only refund the purchase price. Please note this does not include the shipping cost in either direction.
• Refunds can only be made on undamaged, unused merchandise.
